How to Cancel an Order

Cancellation Window

Orders can typically be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for available return options once the package arrives.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

You may cancel any pre-order or backordered item before it ships by contacting our team directly at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com. Once an item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
