At CalVet Fish Supply, we take pride in providing fast, reliable, and safe order fulfillment. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Within the United States

We proudly ship nationwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for most products.

International Shipping Policy

CalVet Fish Supply currently ships to select international destinations. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply once the shipment reaches their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during international delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CalVet Fish Supply is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before the package is shipped.
