30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pets to love every product you order from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened pet hygiene or health-related products
  • Perishable pet goods or consumable items (e.g., treats, supplements)
  • Hazardous or flammable products

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund was approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com.
