At CalVet Fish Supply, we work hard to provide fast, reliable shipping and hassle-free returns. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is delayed due to high demand or carrier issues, we will notify you promptly by email at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, postal delays, or seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

International Shipping

CalVet Fish Supply ships to select countries outside the United States. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the shipment reaches their destination.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred during international delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CalVet Fish Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Perishable pet goods (treats, supplements, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened hygiene or health products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at suppliesforpets.help@gmail.com.
